Stretch film rolls are heavy and cylindrical. When loaded loosely onto a pallet, they are prone to rolling, shifting, or scattering during long-haul transportation. This can lead to damaged goods, workplace safety hazards upon arrival, and wasted time for our clients.

As demonstrated in our latest production video, we have refined our palletizing process to ensure maximum stability.
- Fresh Off the Line: Our high-quality LLDPE stretch film rolls are produced on advanced machinery, ensuring consistent thickness and tensile strength.
- Strategic Grouping: Instead of placing rolls directly onto the wooden tray one by one, our workers first group four rolls together.
- Secure Bundling: These four rolls are tightly wrapped together to form a single, solid unit.
- Palletizing: These secure bundles are then stacked onto the pallet.
Why This Matters
By bundling the rolls before they hit the pallet, we create a interlocked structure that is "not easy to scatter or shift."
This extra step ensures that when the truck arrives at your warehouse, the load is exactly as it left our factory: tight, secure, and ready for immediate use. From the mold to the tray, every step is handled right here in our workshop, ensuring a seamless "one-step" process from production to shipment.
