By pre-stretching the film up to 100% - 150%, the resulting roll requires minimal manual pull tension during wrapping, preventing film neck-down and reducing operator strain.

The orientation of polymer chains increases puncture resistance and load retaining force, enabling secure unitization of pallet loads at reduced film thickness and material weight per pallet.
