Product Overview

VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) anti rust stretch film is manufactured by masterbatch extrusion, integrating volatile corrosion inhibitor compounds directly into LLDPE stretch film. When wrapped around metal components, VCI molecules continuously volatilize into the enclosed space, forming an invisible, molecular protective layer on metal surfaces.

This passive molecular barrier prevents oxygen and moisture from interacting with iron, steel, copper, and aluminum surfaces, preventing oxidation and rust formation during transoceanic shipping and outdoor storage without greasy oils or rust-preventive dips.
