  • A short stretch film handle, a versatile tool designed specifically for confined spaces and precision wrapping. Unlike the long-handled design of standard film dispensers, the short handle brings the point of control closer to the film surface, resulting in three significant improvements: 

    ① Greatly enhanced control precision—the short lever arm allows for more precise control over the tension applied at every inch, ensuring a tight fit around edges, recesses and irregularly shaped items, with no curling or loosening;

    ② Exceptional spatial adaptability — in spaces where long-handled tools cannot be manoeuvred, such as gaps between shelves, corners of vehicle compartments and areas with densely packed equipment, the short handle allows for flexible and effortless operation, enabling wrapping with a simple turn;

    ③ Reduced strain on the wrist — the short handle minimises the torsional force on the wrist caused by the lever mechanism, benefiting female operators and those working long hours in particular. Compatible with 3-inch/small-core paper cores and 450–500 mm hand-wrapping film.

    Typical applications: factory packaging of precision instruments (requiring even, tight wrapping without impact); re-wrapping in high-density storage areas (where space is limited); packaging of irregularly shaped e-commerce items (with numerous corners and irregular shapes); and small-batch packaging in retail back-of-house areas. It is not a replacement for a stretch film applicator, but rather a complement to it – long handles prioritise efficiency, whilst short handles prioritise precision. When the items to be packaged shift from standard pallets to a wide variety of small and irregularly shaped items, the short-handled model is the ideal tool.
