  • Laminated packaging film: the cornerstone of functional packaging in the food and personal care industries. By laminating two or more layers of different materials (such as PET/PE, BOPP/CPP, PET/AL/PE, etc.), it combines the advantages of each material—the outer layer provides print gloss and oxygen barrier properties, the middle layer of aluminium foil or metallised film blocks light and oxygen, whilst the inner layer of PE ensures heat-sealability, aroma retention and moisture protection.

    ① Customisable barrier properties: oxygen, moisture and light barriers, as well as aroma retention, can be tailored to requirements, extending shelf life by 3–10 times;
    ② High heat-seal strength, suitable for high-speed automatic packaging machines, ensuring leak-proof and tear-proof seals;
    ③ Exquisite print quality, supporting multi-colour registration in gravure and flexographic printing, resulting in outstanding shelf appeal;
    ④ Can be manufactured into various bag styles, including stand-up pouches, zip-lock bags and eight-side-sealed bags. Widely used in the packaging of products with strict requirements for freshness and sealing, such as snacks, condiments, frozen foods, facial masks and wet wipes, pet food and medicinal granules. Functions that a single material cannot achieve are all handled by composite film.
