PE shrink film/bags: the tough choice for heavy-duty industrial packaging. Manufactured using the LDPE blown film process, they offer outstanding tensile strength and puncture resistance, making them less prone to tearing or rupturing when packaging large, heavy items. They are the preferred choice for the building materials, chemical and mechanical components industries.
Key Selling Points:
① Shrinkage rate of approximately 30%–50%, with gentle and uniform shrinkage force; it wraps irregularly stacked items, multiple-item combinations and palletised packages securely without causing damage to the products;
② Excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-contamination properties, providing effective protection for goods during outdoor storage, long-distance sea transport and temporary warehousing;
③ The film surface is thick and rigid, with high seal strength; it can be used with heat shrink machines or heat guns, and large-sized bags take shape rapidly once the film is applied;
④ Custom printing is available; company logos, moisture-proof labels and shipping mark information can be printed directly onto the film surface, combining protection with brand display.
Widely used in the bundled packaging of beer and beverages, the bundling of building materials and panels, the pallet-wide sealing of chemical raw materials, dust-proof bagging for furniture and windows/doors, and the protection of machinery and equipment for export. Whereas POF is primarily used for the delicate packaging of foodstuffs, PE shrink film is positioned for ‘large, heavy and bundled’ items—requiring industrial-grade reliability that can withstand transport and resist stacking and compression.
