  • POF shrink film/bags: the preferred choice for heat-shrink packaging in the era of environmental compliance. Manufactured using a five-layer co-extrusion process (PP/PE/PP structure), they are non-toxic and odourless, and have passed FDA food contact certification. They are compliant for the direct packaging of food, medicines and cosmetics, and meet the environmental requirements for exports to Europe and the US.

    Key Selling Points:
    ① Shrinkage rate as high as 60%–70%; when heated, the film conforms closely to the product’s contours, ensuring a perfect seal for irregularly shaped items, multi-item combinations and gift sets, with a smooth, wrinkle-free finish;
    ② Transparency of over 90%, allowing the product’s appearance to be clearly visible and lending a premium look to shelf displays;
    ③ Withstands low temperatures down to –50°C without becoming brittle and high temperatures up to 120°C without sticking, making it suitable for both cold storage and microwave use; ④ High sealing and cutting strength, with excellent tear and puncture resistance, minimising the risk of packaging damage during transit. It is widely used for bulk packaging and individual shrink-wrapping of food gift boxes, electronic products, personal care items, stationery and toys, as well as takeaway food packaging. Compared to PVC shrink film, POF emits no chlorides and, due to its lower density, requires less film per unit area; it is clearly emerging as the preferred alternative to PVC.
